The Arizona, California, Colorado, and Washington State Chapters of the American College of Cardiology cordially invite you to attend a CME-certified live webinar entitled, Improving Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Outcomes: Early Diagnosis, Management, and Targeted Agents on the Horizon, held live online! This activity will review the recommended diagnostic testing to identify patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and the evidence-based guidelines for managing these patients and provide information about agents in development to manage HCM.
